Autonomous Ingestion Workflow: Selected holding documents are securely accepted into the R2 inbox and registered in the queue with state UPLOADED. The autonomous worker automatically executes AI extraction, matches client identities, and resolves holding instruments against registered masters.
Pipeline:UPLOAD→AI EXTRACTION→CLIENT RESOLUTION→HOLDING RESOLUTION→FINALIZATION
Holding Creation Notice: Automatic creation of new holdings is currently not implemented in the pipeline. Statements containing new or unmapped holdings will be safely routed to the Review Queue with diagnostic code HOLDING_CREATION_NOT_IMPLEMENTED for operator review.
